Terms and Conditions

This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern participation in all services provided by RAMA Reformer Club (“the Studio”). By purchasing a membership, creating an account, making a booking, or participating in a class, the client (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to all provisions herein.

1. Eligibility and Health Declaration

1.1 Services offered by the Studio are available to individuals aged sixteen (16) years and older.
1.2 Clients under the age of eighteen (18) may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 By participating in any activity at the Studio, the Client affirms that they are in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions or injuries that would prevent safe participation in physical activity.
1.4 The Client agrees not to attend any class while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances.
1.5 Participation in any activity at the Studio is undertaken at the Client’s sole risk.

2. Membership and Payment Terms

2.1 Only individuals who have paid the appropriate fee and hold a valid, unexpired membership pass may participate in Studio classes.
2.2 Membership passes are personal and non-transferable. Studio personnel may request valid identification at any time.
2.3 Membership passes are valid for a fixed period as stated at the time of purchase and may not be extended, frozen, or refunded unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Studio.
2.4 Unused sessions are forfeited upon expiration of the pass and are not eligible for reimbursement.
2.5 All class bookings and cancellations must be processed through the Studio’s designated booking system.
2.6 The Studio reserves the right to revise pricing and membership structures with no less than thirty (30) days’ notice, which will be communicated via the website or email.

3. Booking, Cancellations, and Attendance

3.1 Advance reservations are required for all classes. Clients who do not reserve a spot through the official booking system may be denied entry.
3.2 Clients must arrive on time for all classes. Entry will not be permitted if a Client arrives ten (10) or more minutes after the scheduled start time, and the session will be deducted from the Client’s membership without refund.
3.3 Clients may cancel class reservations without penalty provided that the cancellation is made no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time.
3.4 If a cancellation is made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class or the Client fails to attend without notice, the session will be forfeited and not eligible for refund or credit. If a class is cancelled more than twenty-four (24) hours in advance, the value of the session will be returned as credit to the Client’s Mindbody account, valid for booking a future class. No monetary refunds will be issued.
3.5 Clients who accumulate two (2) or more no-shows or late cancellations may be subject to temporary suspension of booking privileges at the discretion of the Studio.
3.6 Each class attended will deduct one (1) session from the Client’s membership, including consecutive classes on the same day.

4. Studio Conduct and Safety

4.1 Clients must wear clean, closed-toe indoor footwear at all times within the training area. Training barefoot is not permitted.
4.2 Outdoor shoes must be removed and stored in the changing area.

4.4 All equipment must be disinfected by the Client after each session using the cleaning products provided by the Studio.
4.5 The Studio is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
4.6 Clients must maintain respectful conduct towards instructors, staff, and other clients. Any form of aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal and/or termination of membership without refund.

5. Media Consent and Promotional Use

5.1 The Studio may occasionally record video footage or take photographs during classes for promotional purposes.
5.2 By attending classes, the Client grants permission for their image to be used for such purposes on social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), unless the Client notifies the Studio in writing in advance of their objection.
5.3 No images or recordings will be used for other purposes without explicit consent.

6. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

6.1 The Client acknowledges that participation in reformer Pilates and other Studio activities involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury.
6.2 The Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might be incurred as a result of participating in any Studio activities.
6.3 The Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages resulting from participation in any class, use of Studio equipment, or presence on the Studio premises.
6.4 This waiver and release of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and shall remain in effect throughout the duration of the Client’s engagement with the Studio.

7. Children and Supervision

7.1 Children are not permitted in the Studio unless they are participating in a designated class and are under constant supervision.

8.2 Clients will be notified of any price changes at least thirty (30) days in advance through official Studio communication channels.
8.3 Additional single classes must be purchased separately if the Client wishes to attend more classes than their membership permits.

9. Termination of Agreement

9.2 The termination shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date the notice is received.
9.3 Any outstanding fees must be settled before the effective termination date.
9.4 No refunds shall be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.5 The Studio reserves the right to terminate a Client’s membership immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms or any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
