Classic Reformer Pilates
A low-impact exercise method that strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility through controlled movements and mindful breathing.
An intense, full-body workout on the Reformer, combining strength, endurance, and flexibility through dynamic, controlled movements and core engagement.
If you want to start training again after birth in a gentle and effective way, our Reformer Baby class is for you. You bring your baby to training, and we ensure that it’s comfortable for everyone. You can come alone with the baby or invite your mothers’ group or a friend.
An High Intensity Interval Training, full-body workout on the Reformer, combining strength, endurance, and flexibility through dynamic, controlled movements and core engagement.
Amazing space with great energy. New and high quality equipment. Classes there are hosted in small groups where instructor focuses on each person. Recommend 😀
